You can have your FAD account and the associated data deleted in two ways: in the app, or via the web without the app.

In the app

Open FAD, go to your profile and account settings and choose Delete account. Your account and the associated data are deleted as described below.

Via the web, without the app

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion", from the email address with which your account is registered. We verify your request and process it.

What is deleted

Your profile, your real photos and avatar, your chat messages, your hobbies and personal profile data, your location data and your verification status.

What we keep temporarily

We keep certain data for as long as the law requires, for example a limited record of payments for the statutory tax retention obligation, and where necessary safety and moderation data to prevent abuse. These are subsequently deleted or anonymised. The retention periods are set out in our privacy policy.

Timeframe

We process your deletion request within 30 days.
