Fancy a Drink (FAD) Child Safety Standards

Fancy a Drink (FAD) is an application operated by A.Y.V. Hubers Beheer B.V. FAD is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards set out our policy, enforcement and points of contact, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and the Tech Coalition's Developer Best Practices.

Adults only

FAD is an 18+ service. Registration requires confirmation of date of birth and, to meet in person, identity verification. We use the app stores' tools to keep minors out, including the setting that blocks declared minors.

What is prohibited

Any form of CSAE and CSAM is strictly prohibited, including grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking, and creating, possessing, sharing or soliciting child sexual abuse material.

Enforcement

The app provides a directly accessible mechanism to report and block content or users without leaving the app. We review reports and remove prohibited content upon obtaining knowledge of it, and restrict or terminate the account concerned.

Reporting to authorities

For confirmed CSAM we act in accordance with applicable law and report to the competent authority. Where applicable we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.
